Apt also have a good policies in place so that children's can play safely in and around the children's park. Overall we had a happy stay here and we highly recommend this apartment complex. It's a great apartment complex with amazing management who takes care of each unit and it's member's to a best level. There is some noise heard around the apartment.

The double sinks are really good perk. The only thing it's missing is a garbage disposal. The maintenance and staff are really great! We really enjoy the community events that the staff hosts every month or so. We are new residents and like it here a lot. Staff and maintenance can’t be beat.

If you enjoy walking, you’ll enjoy renting in this area! It’s a very walkable neighborhood. Villa Siena i love everything about it. Beautiful grounds and tons of events. I wish i could give negative stars.
I enjoy the quiet neighborhoods and being able to walk around at night and feel comfortable. You can't hear your neighbors, may a few foot steps above you but its so much better than other places. Dogs dont bark and the outside entrance to my first level apartment is amazing. I really enjoy living here as the amenities, apartment, location, and grounds are great. Two drawbacks to the apartment is that the walls seem too thin and that noises carry way too easily. I'm not sure this can be remedied now, but residents should be accepting of noise from neighbors because it will inevitably happen.

I stayed in this apartment for almost 3 years. My experience has been wonderful. Every issue that I had got resolved, swiftly. The apartment maintenance manager, Oscar, is very biased for action and resolved every problem that we had very quickly and without hesitation.
However, that is probably pretty standard for similar apartments. There is also plenty of street parking for having guests over. Siena Apartments gets a 5/5 overall as it is a great place to live. It's a very cozy and good looking place to live. Not overly pretentious, but sort of like a home-y version of a 4 star hotel. I like the way the units are set up, the center island, the floors, and the colors.

When we toured with Anastasia we had a great time, and the rest of the staff have been great too. Helpful in the office, with any leasing questions, and great maintenance done quickly and done well. I don't think that anywhere in the area beats the Siena, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Get Screwed Over on Move out Pros - it looks great on Instagram. Cons - can hear people above and to the side of you and a highly bureaucratic organization. The real thing that will never make me come back is I lived here for 7 months and upon moving out got hit with an $900 move out charge. I had a decent experience while I lived there, but will not be coming back.
Leasing office staff make you feel comfortable. Maintenance staff used to fix all our issues quickly. Play area is also nice and friendly. The leasing agent was superb and the community looked great. I would definitely recommend this community to others. The apartments are lovely and I had such a lovely visit at this community.
There are lot of activities, many celebrations in community. We are living in siena apartment from last 2 years.its very good place to stay with family. This community is very clean, well maintain and comfortable for family. Before you move in they tell you that you have two parking spots, one assigned and one unassigned. And street parking costs you $70 two times a month due to street cleaning.
